TUCUY separates discovery from publication. A crawler, feed or import can suggest information, but that suggestion does not automatically become a public fact.
Facts can carry source URLs, confidence, verification status and timestamps. Conflicting values are preserved instead of silently averaged or overwritten. Media assets also carry usage-rights metadata before they are approved for public use.
