If you use a TUCUY contact form, we process the name, email address, topic and message you submit so the message can be reviewed and answered.

TUCUY may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Contact-form rate limiting may temporarily use network information to reduce abuse.

The current public launch does not require a consumer account and does not yet provide personalized taste profiles. This notice will be expanded before those features are introduced.

Operational and contact records are retained only as needed for the service, security and follow-up. Use the Contact page for privacy-related questions or requests.
